Boulevard One is a fully tiered theatrette which can accommodate up to 420 guests theatre style or 140 banquet style.
It features state of the art audio visual equipment including data projector and screen, graphic equalisers and surround speakers, high quality lighting and removable seating.
Designed with flexibility in mind, this room is ideal for weddings, balls, award and graduation ceremonies, digital cinema, lectures, conferences, cocktail receptions, corporate conferences and meetings, launches and exhibitions or local productions.
The Promenade area immediately outside Boulevard One can be utilised for pre-event drinks or casual refreshments during break times throughout your event. Other features include fully equipped kitchenette, direct access car parking, and technical support.
