On Thursday 8th October, over 300 people attended the launch of Frankston’s premier functions venue, the Boulevard Events Centre.
Guests were wined and dined with delicious canapés including Roasted Pepper Aranchini Balls, Onion & Brie Tarts, Rare Roast Beef on Dumplings, Salmon Spring Rolls infused with Chilli & Coriander and decadent Coffee Éclairs; all prepared by in-house caterers, the Old Cinema Restaurant.
To showcase the audio visual upgrade of the centre, the ‘Little Gem Choir’ from Frankston Primary School opened the show with a fantastic performance that had everyone mesmerised. Showbiz Dance students followed with an electrifying display of sizzling ballroom dance and to close the show, local musicians Simon Imrei and Gemma Cullen gave an incredible acoustic performance that sent shivers up the spines of everyone in the room.
Throughout the night the classic film, Singing in the Rain was played on the cinema-sized screen in Boulevard One where guests could sit back, relax and enjoy the cinema surround sound.
